My PHOTOGRAPHY

Photography is a creative output I use to unwind.

Here is a collection of my favourite shots that I would like to share.

I like to set myself mini challenges when I go out with my camera. Everything around me becomes more exciting and thought provoking.

Choosing angles, overcoming lighting challenges, capturing different subjects, where to stand, and what settings. All these questions get my creative mind flowing without pressure and therefore relaxing while still thinking.

ISLAND PARADISE

With this collection i was exploring the island life with its beach active and the surrounding peaceful architect.

New York City

My NYC collection is all about capturing the edginess of the big city, with its cluttered backgrounds, large structures and unique people. I was fascinated by how people fit into this environment and showcase their charecters.

Monochrome

This is a new approach from me seeing how artistic I can be with composition over bright colour. With this approach, shapes and leading lines are the focus for curating a good photo.

The Adventure Photographers

This collection is from my time working out of an adventure centre in the Perthshire. This was a challenge, working surrounded in a wet hostile environment for a camera. But in a way that's what makes it so amazing, being willing to push yourself to take risks for photos that others wouldn't dare.

I loved it.

RURAL ITALY

This collection is from my time spent in tuscany, Italy, where I found many of the mediaeval style villages fascinating to capture with, some of the images rely do look frozen in time.
